Returns

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Used or opened ink cartridges and transfer films
    • Custom or special-order items
    • Items marked as final sale
  3. Return Process:

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
  2. Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). Examples include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  2. Exchange Process: Follow the return process, indicating that you would like an exchange. We will guide you through the steps and send you a replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs
